LaiReyes.net has been up for quite some time now but only recently have I decided to make a blog for the site. So I trust introductions are in order.

Hello new comers and old visitors! I’m Lai and I am the designer behind this small abode in the wwwworld. I reside in the pearl of the orient seas and have a love/hate relationship with my Motherland. I graduated in an art&design school but have been working for two years for a corporate bank doing presentation design. I use my free time to work on art/design projects for freelance, most of which are posted here in the site for your viewing pleasure.

I made a blog for my portfolio site mostly because I wanted to be able to talk about the updates of the site and possible plans for the future. Of course these things do not need to be posted on a regular basis so the blog will also be peppered with inspiration pegs, motivational posts and a hodgepodge of stuff found in the interwebs!

So if you’re ever into DIY’s, organic styles, great packaging, inspiring photos/images and design related humor or design quotes, this is a place to add to your bookmarks.
